Cecile’s lifelong passion for storytelling led her to start creating her own work, in a self-taught, boots-on-the-ground kind of way.
In 2014, she wrote, produced, directed, starred in and edited her first short film, The Lesson, which tackled child abuse and earned a nomination at the Young Artist Awards. She has since produced feature films, commercials and web-series through her production company RATED ELLE PRODUCTIONS.
She recently Executive Produced THE DREADFUL (2026) starring Sophie Turner and Kit Harrington (Game Of Thrones) and NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH (2025) starring Jack Quaid (Novocaine) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (The Walking Dead). She also produced a dramedy centered around Drag Queens GOD SAVE THE QUEENS (2025) that premiered at the TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL and is set to be released in 2025.
Her debut feature, BREAKING & EXITING (2018), was released theatrically and shined a light on suicide prevention.
